1. Service Overview
Masterify is an audio mastering service that optimizes AI-generated music to meet streaming platform standards.
2. Eligibility
To use the service, you must create an account with a valid email address and complete email verification.
3. Credits and Payments
Mastering jobs are paid with credits. Purchased credits are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. Credits are automatically refunded if mastering fails due to technical errors.
4. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to your uploaded audio and mastered output. Masterify claims no ownership rights over your content.
5. Prohibited Use
Misuse of the service, uploading illegal content, or overloading the system is prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension.
6. Service Changes
Masterify may modify or discontinue the service with prior notice. If the service is discontinued during a paid subscription period, remaining time will be refunded.
7. Disclaimer
Masterify does not guarantee the quality of mastering results and is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
