Masterify collects the following information to provide our service: email address, password (stored encrypted), payment information (processed through payment providers), and uploaded audio files (deleted immediately after processing).
2. How We Use Your Information
Collected information is used solely for service delivery, account management, payment processing, and customer support. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention
Original uploaded files are deleted immediately after mastering. Result files are automatically deleted after 7 days. Account information is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
4. Data Security
All data is transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Payment information is processed by PCI DSS certified payment providers.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, modification of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can manage your account directly from the settings page.
6. Cookies
Masterify uses only essential cookies for authentication token management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
